I have worked in the Beauty, Health and Wellness Industry for over 20 years with Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, in Medical Spas and Wellness Centers. I only use products that are wholesome and healthy that have proven themselves the best over time. My professional choice "M'lis" is trusted and perfected over 30 years and still inspiring me. Through my years, the knowledge that I have gained is immense and I'm always curious for more. What I've found interesting is in our fast paced lives, we tend to look for the absolute quickest fix. I have witnessed time and time again how hyper-focused we are on how we look on the outside rather than how we FEEL on the inside. This false sense of 'self-care' takes away the very important opportunity to grow from within. What if we shifted this perspective, slowed down and consciously took time for ourselves from the inside out? What if we gave ourselves permission to rest, and mindfully work towards inner health?
